This article explains how to add a new Talent Profile to the system. A Talent Profile must be created before any transactions or agreements can be initiated.


Step 1: Navigate to the New Talent Page

From the top menu, go to:

Talents → Add


Step 2: Enter Required Fields

Complete the following required fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Industry (select from dropdown)

  • Profession (select from dropdown)

  • Summary (brief description of qualifications)

  • Start Date

  • End Date

⚠ If any of these fields are left blank, a red error message will appear and prevent submission.

Tip: Selecting the "Telecommuting Preferred" checkbox will bypass the need to enter a zip code or commute/travel details.


Step 3: (Optional) Add Skills

Scroll to the bottom of the form and click + Add New Skill to add one or more skills.

Each skill includes the following:

  • Skill Name

  • Level (dropdown)

  • Years of Experience

  • Project Value (optional dollar range)


Step 4: Save the Talent Profile

Click Save Talent at the bottom of the page to submit the form.


What Happens Next

Once saved, the new talent profile will be visible under:

  • Talents → My Talents

  • Talents → Search My Talents

  • The Dashboard → Recently Viewed Talents section



The system will automatically generate a "Talent Profile Viewed" notification once someone opens the profile.
