IQ Exchange displays notifications when important events happen across your account, such as when someone views your talent profile or a transaction is signed. You can receive these as in-app alerts, emails, or texts depending on your notification preferences.
Most Common Notification Types
Notification | What It Means | When It's Triggered |
Contact Request Received | Someone has expressed interest in one of your talents | When another company clicks "Contact" on your talent profile |
Contact Request Responded To | A company has replied to a request you sent | When the other party responds to a request you initiated |
Talent Profile Viewed | Your profile was viewed | When a company opens your talent profile |
Talent Transaction Initiated | A new transaction has been created | After both parties accept a contact request and initiate the process |
Talent Transaction Signed | The contract was signed by both companies | When both parties complete their signatures |
Talent Profile Edit Request | A company requested that you update a talent profile | Used when a partner wants changes before proceeding |
Talent Transaction Beginning | Your talent engagement has officially started | On the contract's scheduled start date |
Talent Transaction Ending | Your talent engagement has officially ended | On the contract's scheduled end date |
Talent Transaction Modified | Changes were made to an in-progress transaction | Any time details such as start/end date, or rate are updated |
Talent Transaction Cancelled | The transaction was cancelled before it started | When one side cancels the transaction |
Talent Expiring | One of your profiles is close to expiration | Automatically triggered based on expiration setting |
Position Talent Match | A talent or position in your account matched search criteria from another user | When another company's saved search finds a match with your posted position or talent |
